- Best if you want clarity before committing. You’ll get destination direction, realistic budget expectations, example courses, and a clear recommendation on next steps.
Custom Golf Trip Blueprint
- Best if you want a complete, bookable itinerary built specifically for your group, including courses, lodging areas, timing, and booking strategy.
White-Glove Golf Trip Concierge
- Best if you want hands-on support and fewer decisions. This includes everything in the Custom Blueprint plus priority planning, revisions, and guided booking support.
Each option builds on the previous one, and Discovery Build fees are credited if you upgrade.

Templates and bundles are pre-built itineraries for specific destinations. They’re ideal if your trip matches an existing city and you want a faster, lower-cost option.
Custom trips are built from scratch for your group. Courses, lodging areas, pacing, and budgets are tailored specifically to your timing and preferences.
If you’re unsure which is right, most people start with a Discovery Build.
What’s the difference between a Template and a Custom Trip?
Templates are done-for-you digital guides available instantly.
Custom Trips are fully personalized; we handpick your courses, hotels, dinner spots, and backup plans around your group’s style, budget, and goals.

No. 18Away provides planning guidance and booking strategy, but all reservations are made independently by your group.
This keeps you in control while removing the guesswork.
How long does a custom trip take?
- Discovery Builds: Delivered within 48 hours
- Custom Golf Trip Blueprints: Delivered within 3–4 business days
