Welcome to 18Away! By purchasing or using our digital products or membership services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Product Use

All 18Away golf trip templates, itineraries, and resources are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute them
• Claim ownership or modify them for resale

2. Payments & Refunds

• All prices are in USD.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• All sales are final unless otherwise noted. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds.
• If you believe you purchased in error, contact us at 18awaygolf@gmail.com.

3. Membership Terms

• Club membership includes access to member-only digital products.
• You may cancel future renewals anytime, but past charges are non-refundable.
• Access ends when your membership expires or is canceled.

4. Account Responsibility

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Misuse may result in account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide our products and services “as is” with no guarantees. 18Away is not responsible for travel issues, weather, or third-party bookings mentioned in our itineraries.

6. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site and products implies agreement with any changes.
